• Once an item has been customized or altered in any way, store credit and exchanges are not permitted. 

White boxes come AS IS. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Once an item has shipped, shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.   

Once an order is placed it cannot be combined with another order or altered. 

Please be aware, if you use PayPal ECheck, payments take 6 to 10 days to clear within PayPal. Once the payment has cleared, your items will then be shipped. 

Practice Bundles are offered periodically with no set timeframe or quantity.

We offer 3 interest free financing options. AfterPay Shop Pay, and Sezzle are available at checkout. These orders will be shipped same day or next business day along with other orders.

Free shipping is available at $140+ in the contiguous US.

Orders are normally processed and shipped same day or next business day unless we are having a sale or restock. You can sometimes expect an additional 1-2 business days during these times. Once shipped, packages normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on where you live. This timeframe can vary on location.
